This Memorial Day, GRIT is honored to be joining our dear friend Stuart Scheidecker, founder of Legacy Men, for Murph 2025! Held on May 26, 2025, from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM (four different heats), this challenging workout honors Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy (https://themurphchallenge.com/pages/lt-michael-p-murphy). Murph consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run, traditionally completed with a 20-lb weighted vest (optional).
Welcoming all fitness levels, this co-ed event encourages everyone to participate—whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner.
